Relax and unwind in our Health Suite. Take time out in our sauna and make the most of your leisure time!
The facilities in the Health Suite are:
- 6-person sauna
- Shower area
- Changing cubicle
- Water fountain
- Seating area
If time isn’t on your side don’t worry, the Health Suite is open from day to night to ensure you can fit it in to your schedule.
The opening times are as follows:
- Monday: 7am – 10pm
- Tuesday: 7am – 10pm
- Wednesday: 7am – 9pm
- Thursday: 7am – 9pm
- Friday: 7am – 9pm
- Saturday: 7am – 5pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 12pm/1pm – 4pm
If you are a Premium or Swim member, then you can access the Health Suite for no extra cost. The cost for Places Members and Non-Members is £5. Alternatively, you can double up with a swim and sauna!
