Relax and unwind.

Have you had a busy day or just finished a hard workout?  Why not finish it off with a lovely relaxing session in our health suite. We have a sauna and Steam room for you to enjoy.  Ask us for more details on 01394 388991.

The opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday - 6.00AM to 10.00PM
Friday - 6.00AM to 8.45AM and 12.15PM to 10.00PM
Saturday and Sunday - 7.00AM to 8.00PM 

All users need to report to reception before accessing the health suite. Admission will not be allowed without a wristband.
