Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a fantastic sport for all ages and our sessions are developed through our close links with British Gymnastics. The skills you learn, such as strength, balance, coordination and mobility, will help you to enjoy and master many other sports as well as gymnastics. Being linked with British Gymnastics, we follow their Award Scheme.
We run the following sessions:
Active Play and Bounce
These sessions are a fun and motivating hour of activity for the under 5's with an accompanying adult who supervise their child during the session. We have a large bouncy castle with slide, soft play and lots more. Active Play & Bounce is the first step on our gymnastic programme and there will be a qualified coach present during the sessions. This activity helps the young childs social skills and enhances their creative, physical and emotional development, and most importantly, they are having fun whilst being active at the same time.

- Due to Covid restrictions, spaces are reduced to 15 adults per session, with a maximum of 2 children per adult.

Adult & Child gymnastics
These are fun sessions run by a BG qualified coach and aimed at children 2yrs-3yrs. Parents take part in these sessions, assisting their child. The programme helps stimulate the imagination whilst building on essential core skills such as listening, balance, strength, flexibility, confidence and coordination.

Independent Child gymnastics
Independent child sessions are aimed at children 3yrs to school age. The session is very similar to the Adult & Child, with the difference being the parents sit at the side of the hall and the children takes part in the class on their own. This encourages your child to be more independent and helps them get ready for school. Children improve on their core and social skills, whilst being active and having fun.

Please note - Due to Covid restrictions, our coaches are not able to support your child so parents are asked to continue to take part in the sessions and therefore, we are charging £22 per month until September.
Jump into Gymnastics
This programme is aimed at children 5yrs - 7yrs. The sessions focus on the progression of their development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and also incorporates some pulse raising activities. Jump into gymnastics covers British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards stages 8-5.

Intermediate gymnastics
This programme is aimed at 8yrs to 10yrs and the sessions will continue with the development of core skills and will progress to beam, bars, vault, floor work and tumble track. The programme covers Core Proficiency Award stages 4 - 1

- Friday 5pm - 5.55pm
- Saturday 10am-10.55am & 11am-11.55am

Advanced Gymnastics
This programme is aimed at children 11yrs plus and also for children who have reached level 1 in the Intermediate classes. The sessions offer a range of activities such as floor work, vault, beam, bars, dance and hand held equipment. Gymnasts can plan their development with 3 levels of achievement - bronze, silver and gold.

We are registered with British Gymnastics and we pay our British Gymnastics annual membership for our members.
* We have a £15 joining fee on all our direct debit memberships.
