Enjoyed by millions globally, the Les Mills range of classes are a great way to get active. Here's the sessions that we run at Ferndown Leisure Centre:
SPRINT
A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal join impact. The short duration of a Les Mills SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits.
Body Balance
This workout mixes Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates. It helps build flexibility, strength & leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Body Pump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for- fast!
