Buggy Workout Is Back

We have relaunched our Buggy Workout class and we can't wait see you there! 

Our Buggy Workout class is back! 

  • Wednesday @ 10am on our Tennis Courts. 

Becoming a mum can mean a decrease in your activity, however it doesn't have to be that way. We have designed a class that keeps you active and let's your little ones tag along, too. Your bundles of joy can rest easy in their buggies, while you get fit! 

This session gives you a great chance to meet other mums that live close by and with little ones of similar ages. Getting out and about when you're a new mum is so important and can have a great impact on your mental health, not to mention the amazing benefits exercise has on your mind, body and soul. 

Buggy Workout is a fun and effective post natal workout for mums and little ones in their prams. The workout is for all for fitness levels, so if you're getting back into exercise after giving birth, or if you're brand new to exercise and fitness, you'll fit right in!

Our fully qualified post natal instructor has designed the class which targets those important areas which may have been weakened during child birth. Please note participants do need to be 6 weeks post normal delivery, 12 weeks C-section. 

The class will be back on our Timetable from Wednesday 8th January
