LES MILLS BARRE™ & More

We are constantly updating our classes here, at Graves Health & Sports Centre. And with the recent popularity of our LES MILLS classes, we have added LES MILLS BARRE to our timetable! 

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

If you're seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

We have some changes to our Group Fitness Timetable - which will launch w/c 6th Jan 2020

The changes are as follows:

Monday

20:00 - Zumba Studio 1 - Will Change to a 19:45 Clubbercise in Studio 2

Tuesday

10:15 Body Jam - Will change to a new Les Mills BARRE class - 10:15-10:45

18:05 Kettlebells Studio 2 - Will change to 18:00 and Studio change to 1

18:15 Body Attack - Will move to studio 2

18:40 Bootcamp - Will move to Studio 1

Wednesday

New Class - 17:45 Les Mills BARRE

18:00 Body Combat - Will change to 18:15 and will be 45 mins only

19:20 Body Jam - Will change to 19:15

Thursday

18:30 Belly Dancing - Will change to Dance Fitness

19:00 Boxercise - Change to a 45mins class

Friday

17:30 Body Attack - Will change to a 45 min class

Sunday

16:45 NEW Class Les Mills BARRE
