Have you had a busy day or just finished a hard workout?  Why not finish it off with a lovely relaxing session in our sauna and steam rooms.

Located on poolside the Sauna and Steam rooms are available for use during just swim sessions.  (Both are closed weekdays 4.30pm - 6.00pm)

What's more there is no extra cost. Use of the sauna and steam rooms is included in your membership or as part of your casual swim payment.
