Fun and motivating sessions for your little people.

Come and enjoy a range of activities throughout the week.  Parents need to accompany their children to these sessions.

Crèche

Our crèche facilities are run by fully qualified and experienced staff.  We provide a safe environment for all children aged 6 months to 4 years.

Our crèche sessions are carefully timed to coincide with some of our aerobics classes and adult education courses and allow you plenty of time to attend a class, workout in the gym or have a swim. If you would like to have a look around our crèche please ask, our staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Monday - Friday

• 9.15am - 3.00pm during term time

Prices

• £4.70 per hour
• Premium membership £2.35 per hour (50% discount)
• £6.15 for two hours for adult education course participants

Booking Information

All sessions must be booked in advance prior to your visit. A registration form will need to be completed before your first session.

The crèche may be able to take children whose parent/guardian is attending a lunchtime course. Please ensure prior arrangements have been made with the Crèche Supervisor.

Active Play and Bounce

For toddlers with parents a chance to let off steam in the safety of our studio with a selection of soft play equipment apparatus and mini inflatable.

• Monday 1.30pm to 16.30pm
• Wednesday 2.30pm to 16.00pm
• Friday 1.30pm to 3.30pm

£4.00

No need to book in advance and parents must supervise their children throughout the session.

Singacise! 18mth - 3yrs

• Tuesday 9.45am  - 10.30pm £3.50

Parent and Child Yoga (2½ - 4 years)

• Tuesday 2.00pm - 2.45pm
