We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week.  Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

Activity Morning

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9.00am - 12.00pm

Walking Football

Fridays 10.00am - 11.30am - Only on the outside pitches.
