• Body Mass Index
• Skeletal Muscle%
• Resting Metabolic rate
• Body Fat%

Our advisers will explain the results and offer advice where needed.

This would normally cost £299 but the first 8 packages booked are completely FREE.

Our experienced and professional advisers can lead a seminar on various health and well-being topics such as healthy eating, back care and getting active for your health.
