We wrote to you recently with the good news that Places Leisure centres in your area were re-opening – we hope you’ve had the chance to visit, using your upgraded All Places membership*.
We are now pleased to be able to tell you that your centre and the rest of your local centres will be opening on 7th September, so you can enjoy them all!
If your membership was re-activated when your local centres re-opened, you don’t need to do anything. However, if you chose to re-freeze your membership and wish to restart it now that your centre is re-opening, please click below to find out how.
To begin with, our focus will be on the gym, classes and swimming pool (where available) until all our services can re-start safely, in line with Government and industry guidelines. For more information about when we expect other centre activities to re-start, please follow use the link above.
Important changes
We’d like to tell you about some important changes we’ve made in the centre to make things work smoothly and safely when you return.
The most important change is that all sessions (gym, swimming and classes) should be pre-booked via the Places Locker app or our website, so you will need to be registered for booking. As we do not have a valid email address for you on file, please complete the form linked below.
If you responded to a recent SMS from us asking for your email address, you should have received an email to confirm it has been added to your membership. Please continue with the booking registration process online.

We have been working really hard to ensure our cleaning and social distancing measures provide a safe environment for you and our staff. From deep cleans to limiting capacity, there’s a lot going on, so please read our FAQs to learn more.

Our place or yours?
If you choose not to come back to the centre just yet and suspend your membership a little longer, don’t worry – you can continue to enjoy lots of free virtual workouts on our Places Locker app.

*The upgrade to All Places membership is free of charge, and applied for 3 months from the first site in your area's opening date, which can be found here. You will be upgraded to the equivalent Premium, Gym or Swim All Places membership. Membership prices do not change.
