Please find some frequently asked questions to support you in the transfer of Waveney Valley Leisure Centre to Everyone Active on the 1st February 2021:
What will happen to my membership payments?
If you paid in advance for your membership using one of our promotional codes, you will receive a refund from Places Leisure for the days that the centre was closed within your promotional period. These payments will be made directly to you by the end of February 2021.
If you paid in advance for an annual membership you will receive a refund for the period of closure as well as the remainder of your membership beyond 1st February. A member of the team will be in touch to organise your refund by the end of February 2021.
What happens to my swimming lessons payments?
If you paid in advance for swimming lessons planned to start in January 2021, you will receive a full refund from Places Leisure. These payments will be made directly to you by the end of February 2021.
I use the Places Locker Virtual Studio. What happens next?
All existing Places Locker Virtual Studio Customers will have their home site transferred to our ‘No site’ category and you can continue using the App and the Virtual Studio. However, bookings via the app will cease to be available from 1st February 2021.
Is my data being transferred to Everyone Active?
We will be sharing personally identifiable information associated with your membership to Sports & Leisure Management Ltd (Trading as Everyone Active) to support the ongoing provision of your membership. Click here to read Everyone Active's privacy policy. If you do not want your personal information shared you can cancel your membership by contacting our membership team at Harlands. I paid for a booking. Will I be refunded?
All pay as you move bookings have been cancelled and you should have already received your refund.
